You don't have to figure out what kind of support you need before you reach out.
Steady guidance for individuals and families during life’s final chapter.
Whether you're managing a parent's care, facing your own diagnosis, or standing in the raw first months of grief, there's a way for me to walk in beside you. Below is everything I offer. You don't need to know which one is right yet. That's what the consultation is for.
HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU
-

WHAT IS AN END-OF-LIFE DOULA?
I'm not hospice, and I'm not a replacement for medical care. I'm the person who's there for everything hospice doesn't cover: the planning nobody explained, the vigil when it's time, the hour after death when you don't know who to call first, the legacy work that has to happen before it's too late to ask. Hospice comes to your home once or twice a week. I fill in the rest.

PLANNING AHEAD
Most families wait until they're in crisis to talk about what someone actually wants. Planning ahead means you get to have that conversation with clear eyes, before anyone is scared or exhausted. We talk through medical wishes, decision-makers, body disposition, what a meaningful goodbye could look like. This isn't giving something up. It's making sure your voice, or your parent's voice, leads instead of getting lost in the scramble.
-

GRIEF SUPPORT
Grief doesn't wait for a schedule and it doesn't end on one either. Whether you're grieving in advance, in the first raw weeks, or still grieving years later when everyone around you has stopped asking, I offer steady presence and real conversation, not a checklist of stages to move through.
SUPPORT BEFORE, DURING & AFTER DEATH
-

End-Of-Life Planning & Support (Pre-Death)
Most families wait until they're in crisis to talk about what someone actually wants. We talk it through now: medical preferences, legacy plans, the conversations that are hard to start alone.
You'll walk away with your wishes documented and understood, so there's one less thing to figure out later.
-

Home Death Support & Vigil Planning (During Death)
If you're choosing to die at home, or want a peaceful bedside instead of a hospital room, I help make that possible.
I coordinate the logistics, stay present, and help your family create moments of connection and farewell that actually reflect who you are.
-

Celebrations of Life and Body Disposition (Post-Death)
Burial, cremation, green burial, a celebration of life. There are more choices here than most families realize, and less time to sort through them than you'd like.
I help you understand the options and plan something that honors the life that was lived.
-

Grief Support & Ongoing Guidance
Grief doesn't follow a schedule, and it doesn't end when everyone else assumes it should.
I offer steady presence, real resources, and conversation without a timeline. You don't have to go through this alone.
Ways to start
You don't have to commit to anything big to begin. Most people start with one of these.
Monthly Caregiver Support Group
Free, virtual or in person. A place to put it down for an hour with people who understand exactly what you're carrying.
End of Life Planning Guide
A self-guided way to understand what's coming and how to prepare, before you're in the middle of it.
Free 30-Minute Consultation
No cost, no pressure. Tell me where things stand. You'll leave with a clear next step, not a sales pitch.
À LA CARTE SUPPORT
Support built around exactly what your family needs, not a one-size package.
-
Time for the primary caregiver to rest while someone steady stays with your loved one.
-
Understanding what's coming before you're inside it: the dying process, the decisions ahead, the medical system.
-
Capturing a life in stories, letters, memory boxes, or recordings, something your family will have forever.
-
Compassionate guidance through funeral home coordination and service planning, so you're not doing it alone.
-
Help with the paperwork, notifications, and administrative weight that lands on someone after a death.
-
Trained presence during active dying, for up to 24 hours, with rituals and guidance shaped around your family's beliefs.
-
A personalized service that reflects the life lived, not a generic script.
-
Individual or group sessions for the season after loss, without a timeline or agenda.
BUNDLED SUPPORT
The Planning Package
For families who aren't in crisis yet and want to plan well: advance directives, a family preparation session, legacy work, and ongoing support while you build the plan.
The Full Journey Package
For families who want one person who knows them from planning through death and into early grief, so no one has to catch anyone up when things shift.
The Stand-In Daughter Retainer
For families navigating a longer illness who need a consistent, knowledgeable presence across the full arc, someone who shows up like family without making medical decisions for you. This includes planning, respite, companionship, legacy work, and advocacy, built around your household's rhythm
LEARN TOGETHER
Anatomy of Sorrow and Make It Sacred, co-taught with Lauren of La Mort, are ongoing classes for families, caregivers, and the bereaved who want frameworks for grief and ways to bring ritual into death and dying. Sliding scale available.
SLIDING SCALE
I believe end-of-life support should be accessible, not reserved for families who can afford to fall apart. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for families navigating financial hardship. Reach out directly and we'll figure out what's possible together.

“When you lose your fear of death, you gain a love of life.”- Ram Dass
You don't have to pretend you're not afraid. Most people aren't, until they've sat with someone through it. What changes is what death stops being a mystery you're avoiding and starts being something you can actually prepare for, together.
I'm not here to make this easy. I'm here to make sure you're not doing it alone.
